Because of the nature of the K-12 environment, GCA employees are subjected to rigorous safety and training procedures. All applicants are required to pass a criminal background check and may be subjected to pre-employment drug screening. All employees are trained by GCA management, are required to wear uniform shirts for identification, and are subject to random security inspections.
